Multi Level Marketing Explained [MLM]

OVERVIEW - PART ONE

I think the hardest concept to grasp with internet money groups is that it is all based on residual income.

Picture a Life Insurance Salesman: He sells you a policy that costs you $100 a month, for as long as you live. He makes $5 each month you pay into the plan. That's residual income.

MLMs work the same way. You sign up in a group plan. Then you get other people to join underneath your name. You get a commission for each person you sign up - and you get paid each month they are in the plan.

MLMs differ because the people you sign up can sign up other people too. And you get paid an amount for each person they sign up. Which means it is in your best interest to train these people.

Here is the neat part: You are only allowed to sign up five people underneath you. If you get more people sign them up under your first five people. This helps you and it helps your team fill up their five people. It goes on and on from there.
